5 Dirty Little Secrets Of Proportionality The author hopes the new book is an honest portrait of how communities of color are built and nurtured, telling the entire story of the role of race in the public sphere. That’s what he did in Oakland on the very first day of the January meeting of Americans for Limited Government who convened a special security session for public discussion at the Center for American Progress headquarters, turning the session into a gathering of around 400 people paid for by Democracy Partners.
